I am a wife, mother, grandmother, and athlete that had the pleasure of growing up here locally. I have always loved sports, fitness & the outdoors. This love started for me as a child, we did it all camping, fishing, bike riding & I participated in t-ball & softball until JH school, then in JH, High school & college I played volleyball. I continued playing volleyball as an adult then started running & strength training for my physical & mental health (at the time we had 3 teenagers at home). I was challenged to train for The Woodlands Half Marathon in 2013 & I fell in love with running. I found others in the community with the same passion & goals, as my love for the sport continued to grow so did my longing to help others by linking arms with them on their journey.
To date, I have run 2 marathons, 10+ half marathons & many 10k's & 5k's. I have always loved helping others & I am honored to be a part of the Northside Running & Tri coaching team. Thank you in advance for allowing me to be a part of your journey. Let's go run, walk & do life together.
